FiCA™ Strep A is a fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) for qualitative determination of StrepA in human oropharyngeal swab specimens.It is used for testing in medical and health institutions for the screening of infectious diseases with Group A Streptococcus. TEST PRINCIPLE This kit uses double antibody sandwich method and fluorescence immunochromatography analysis technology to quantitatively detect the concentration of Strep A in human oropharyngeal swab specimens. DETECTION RANGE: APPLICABLE INSTRUMENT FiCA™ tests only can be performed with FiCA™ analyzers. STORAGE Test Kits should be stored at 2°C~30°C in a cool, dark, dry place, valid for 24 months; Do not freeze or use after the period of validity by all means.
