FiCA™tPSA is a fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) for quantitative determination of total prostate-specific antigen (PSA) concentration in human serum, plasma, and whole blood. It is mainly used for dynamic monitoring of malignant tumor patients to assist judgment of disease progress or treatment effect. It cannot be used as the basis for early diagnosis or diagnosis of malignant tumor, and it is not used for tumor screening in the general population. For in vitro diagnostic use only. TEST PRINCIPLE This kit uses double antibody sandwich method and fluorescence immunochromatography technology to quantitatively detect the concentration of PSA in human serum, plasma, and whole blood samples. DETECTION RANGE:2.0-80.0 ng/mL APPLICABLE INSTRUMENT FiCA™ tests only can be performed with FiCA™ analyzers. STORAGE Test Kits should be stored at 2°C~30°C in a cool, dark, dry place, valid for 24 months; Do not freeze or use after the period of validity by all means.
