FiCA™VB12 is a fluorescence immunoassay(FIA) for quantitative determination of vitamin B12 (VB12) in human serum or plasma, it is mainly used as an auxiliary diagnostic tool for macrocytic anemia in clinical practice. TEST PRINCIPLE This test kit employs the competitive reaction and fluorescence immunochromatographic analysis technique to quantify the concentration of VB12 antigen in human serum and plasma samples. DETECTION RANGE: 100-1500.0 pg/mL APPLICABLE INSTRUMENT FiCA™ tests only can be performed with FiCA™ analyzers.
