Reagents are made of : a diluant a detergent two lysing reagents an hemoglobin reference solution a rinse solution An additional specific lysing reagent necessary to differentiate the eosinophils is present in the 5 part-diff analysers pack. All reagents are available with different packaging adapted to our customers needs. Quality Control For the quality control of our analyzers, we recommend to use control blood and calibrators from R&D Systems : CBC-3D et CBC-CAL plus.
