The DEPArray LibPrep creates Illumina-compatible DNA libraries suitable for genome-wide Copy Number Alteration (CNA) profiling, starting from low input DEPArray-sorted FFPE cell populations. It is suitable for challenging sample types such as FFPE samples with low tumor content (<15%). The kit can work with as few as 30 diploid cells with high DNA quality (QC=0,5) and is also compatible with unsorted cell populations or purified human genomic DNA (hgDNA). Excellent assay performance in terms of sensitivity and specificity hinges on the purity of the input samples, obtained by DEPArray sorting. Product is for research use only (RUO) – not for use in diagnostic procedures.
