Description

Simulate a range of pulmonary situations for infants and children (and adults), using the Adult-Infant TTL and PneuView Lung Simulators. These devices incorporate one adult lung and one infant lung simulator in a single unit. This provides great flexibility and a range of applications for a wide range of patient populations. If you need to create spontaneous breathing, the model is also available as a Spontaneous Breathing Lung (SBL™). Product Details Full range of lung compliance and airway resistance settings available for both Adult and Infant simulators Independent operation of the adult and infant lung models (Can be used simultaneously) Tidal volume capacity of 2.0 liters in the adult lung and 200 ml in the infant lung Residual lung volume of 1.02 liters in the adult lung and 70 ml in the infant lung Add an Adult or Infant Head Simulation Module for non-invasive ventilation and support applications Available with or without PneuView electronics and software Training Realistically simulate patient lung capacity, clinically train others on ventilator use and respiratory care in a hands-on setting, and simulate unexpected or difficult scenarios in a safe environment. Testing Biomedical engineers, manufacturers, and service companies can use lung simulators to do performance testing of mechanical ventilators and related respiratory care devices. These simulators can be an integral part of a risk management and quality control program, used to troubleshoot problems, or verify proper operation.
