Description

Microlay Versus 385 is a DLP technology 3D printer specifically designed to meet the most demanding requirements of both dental laboratories and dental clinics. An open printer with a library of over 130 materials from manufacturers such as Detax, Dentona, NextDent, Keystone, GC, 3Delta.. Description 1 - Dimensions - 473 x 357 x 464 mm 2 - Weight - 35 kg 3 - Voltage - 12V 4 - Power - 180W 5 - Printing Volume - 125 x 70 x 185 mm 6 - Horizontal resolution (X-Y) - 65 µm 7 - Layer height - 10-100 µm 8 - Max printing speed - 80mm/hour FullHD UV 385nm LED Light Engine with internal radiometer. In order to maintain optimum printing quality, it is necessary to supply exactly the same amount of UV energy dosis on each layer. Other printers in the market that include LED projectors are not able to keep this constant energy throughout the same print, causing surface irregularities and artifacts. In addition, within some hours of use, the LEDs tend to lose intensity, needing constant adjustments in the material profiles. Thanks to its internal radiometer the Microlay Versus is able to auto calibrate the amount of energy not only before each print but also before each layer in less than one second, guaranteeing accuracy over the same print and also over the years (up to 50,000 hours lifespan)
