The Liquid Flow Controller (LFC) is perfectly suited as a preparation station to circulate a liquid with any substrate up to 1000 ml and to provide a dynamic flow through an analyzer. The system is equipped with a stirrer, a sonification device and a peristaltic pump.Agitation is accomplished through the special concentric stirrer. Sonification can be done through different power levels. The various parameters of the device can be set through software. All the accessories can be automatically adjusted through software. The software is used to control the flow of liquids through liquid flow cells placed in the analyzer. Microptik provides a range of analyzers suitable to measure particles in Liquid, i.e. machine vision, laser scattering or laser obscuration. The LFC is capable of filling it's reservoir from an external liquid container, circulate it in 2 directions through a liquid flow cell and draining the reservoir into an external container. Liquid flow speed can be adjusted, the liquid can be stirred and an ultrasonic unit makes sure that particles don't clutter in the liquid reservoi
