The compression-distraction unit allows the correction of rotational defects. The micrometric regulators allow a varus-valgus correction. Any corrections can be made independently without losing the previous correction. Intrinsic Material Elasticity The elasticity of Aluminium alloy 7012 favors the reparative processes of the fracture site while ensuring the skeletal segment stability.
