miro-coolaris is a universal zinc paste cooling bandage for fast and effective first aid. The bandage consists of a gauze bandage soaked in a hydrocolloid matrix with sodium alginate and zinc oxide. During the hardening phase, the dressing cools sensitively due to the high water content in the hydrocolloid matrix. This effect is very pleasant for the patient. Once hardened, miro-coolaris supports different kinds of sports injuries such as strains, bruises, sprains or dislocations. As this skin-friendly formula does not contain any alcohol or oils at all, contact with abrasions is harmless. The bandage is longitudinally elastic and easy to model. Use at room temperature, previous storage in the refrigerator increases the cooling effect.
