High quality mattress for decubitus prophylaxis, manufactured from medical MPF® - foam with individual MPF® SLOW-visco layer in 3 different weight classes (see technical data). • Automatic pressure relief through 648 individual cuboids. The cuboids are of different dimensions in the pelvic, shoulder, heel and head areas and can be adjusted 3 dimensionally in each of these areas. Each of the 324 moveable cuboids per side has a visco-elastic support. This creates a full surface body support. The pressure is spread across the entire body. Pressure points are avoided. The patient feels comfortable relief. In the pelvic area, a larger cuboid prevents the pelvis from sinking (sagging) deep into the mattress. In the shoulder area, a small cuboid ensures that the shoulders do sink into the bed. Stable peripheral strengthening:
