The orthosis should only be installed (manufactured) by a qualified orthotics and prosthetics graduate who has sufficient experience and special knowledge. The type of orthosis is decided by the doctor in cooperation with the team, which must be experienced. The team, or rather the doctor, decides on which type of orthosis and how high it will be, based on several factors: age of the patient level of problems-changes in the spine acceptance of a certain type of orthosis.
