25x10x1,5 mm with welded threaded bolts – suitable for attaching medical devices fitted with rail clamps. Length of single accessory rails can be adjusted individually and without surcharge. Implementation: Aluminium wall-mounting flanges, one wall-mounting flange per rail with earthing connection, stainless steel threaded bolts, plastic covers for wall-mounting flanges. Ends of the accessory rail are covered by plastic covers, too. To make mounting and demounting simple, the rail can be removed completely by opening only one Allen screw per wall-mouniting flange. Easy and fast assembly Mark drilling positions with the help of the pre-assembled rail (without wall-mounting flange plastic covers). After wholes are drilled, the rail can be mounted at the wall with dowels and screws. Remove the rail again by losening the Allen screw at the wall-mounting flange. Slide plastic covers onto holding bolts at the rail. Slide rail into wall-mounting flanges again and tighten Allen screws. Fix earthing connections and move plastic covers onto wall-mounting flanges. Load-carrying capacity is 120 kg/m for a holder distance of 40cm, and 100 kg/m for a holder distance of 50cm.
