We can assure of you of the high quality and competitive price of our ELISA kit for procedure. Components - 96-well polystyrene microplate (12 strips of 8 wells) coated with a monoclonal antibody against human Heregulin β-1 Human Heregulin β-1 Standard, lyophilized Heregulin β-1 Detect Antibody Standard Diluent Streptavidin-HRP Assay Buffer (10×) Substrate (TMB) Stop Solution Washing Buffer (20×) Adhesive Films Describtion - This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique for the quantitative detection of human β-NGF. The Human β-NGF ELISA is for research use only. Not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.Neuregulin 1 (NRG1) was originally identified as a 44-kD glycoprotein that interacts with the NEU/ERBB2 receptor tyrosine kinase to increase its phosphorylation on tyrosine residues. It is known that an extraordinary variety of different isoforms are produced from the NRG1 gene by alternative splicing. These isoforms include heregulins (HRGs), glial growth factors (GGFs) and sensory and motor neuron-derived factor (SMDF). Neuregulins or neuroregulins are a family of four structurally related proteins that are part of the EGF family of proteins. These proteins have been shown to have diverse functions in the development of the nervous system and play multiple essential roles in vertebrate embryogenesis including: cardiac development, Schwann cell and oligodendrocyte differentiation, some aspects of neuronal development, as well as the formation of neuromuscular synapses.
