MQ96-X4 is a special instrument for real-time fluorescence detection. it integrates PCR amplification, fluorescence detection and data analysis. it can monitor the growth process of fluorescence quantity in each test tube in real time at the same time as the amplification. After the amplification, the software automatically processes the experimental data,carries on the quantitative / qualitative, melting curve or genotyping analysis to the sample, displays and prints the experimental results such as the initial concentration of the sample.
