Description
T7 High Yield RNA Transcription Kit (N1-Me-Pseudo UTP) optimizes the transcription reaction to enable users to efficiently obtain large quantities of N1-Me-Pseudo UTP-modified RNA products through in vitro transcription reactions. Modified nucleotides (N1-Me-Pseudo UTP) can reduce the immune response of host cells. The kit uses T7 RNA polymerase to Linear double-stranded DNA containing the T7 promoter sequence is used as a template, and NTPs are used as substrates to transcribe the downstream DNA sequence of the promoter to obtain single-stranded RNA.
