Many studies have proved that SARS-CoV-2 enters target cells by using its RBD to bind with the cell surface receptor ACE2. The neutralizing antibody can bind with RBD of virus and prevent it from binding with ACE2, thus playing a protective role. Workflow
Dilute Samples/Controls with sample dilution buffer, and then mix with diluted HRP-RBD in supplied 96-well dilution plate
↓ 37°C incubation
Transfer 1 OOμL of the samples/controls mixture to the corresponding wells of microplate that coated ACE2
↓ 37°C incubation
Wash the well of the plate with diluted wash buffer for 4 times
Add TMB substrate solution to each well of the plate
↓ 37 C incubation
Add stop solution to each well, read immediately at 450 nm
