NadPrep IGTR Multiplex PCR Library Prep Kit is based on the principle of multiplex amplification, enabling efficient enrichment of the complementary determining regions (CDR3) of seven loci for human adaptive immune antigen receptors, including IGH, IGK, IGL, TRA, TRB, TRG and TRD. Combined with high-throughput sequencing technology, this kit facilitates precise detection of B-cell and T-cell diversity and clonality. It is compatible with human DNA or cDNA initial samples from various sources and is widely applicable for immune repertoire studies, clonality analysis of lymphoid malignancies, and minimal residual disease (MRD) monitoring. Product details Feature ● Modular Primer Design Provides two independent primer sets: IG Primer Mix (covering IGH/IGL/IGK gene-specific primers) and TR Primer Mix (covering TRA/TRB/TRG/TRD gene-specific primers). Supports single-tube independent detection (IG or TR only) or dual-tube combined detection (IG + TR). ● Broad Compatibility Sample types: Compatible with human gDNA or cDNA (first-strand cDNA generated from RNA via reverse transcription). Input flexibility: Compatible with input amounts ranging from 50 to 2,000 ng. Sequencing platforms: Direct sequencing on Illumina® platforms or sequencing on MGI platforms after circularization. Can RNA samples be directly used for library preparation with this kit? No. This kit is compatible only with gDNA or cDNA as initial samples. For RNA samples, reverse transcription to generate cDNA is required prior to library preparation. What is the recommended input range? How to handle inputs exceeding this range? This kit supports 50-2,000 ng of gDNA or cDNA.
