NanoRV Panel v1.0-Tech Access targets human respiratory viruses including coronavirus, influenza virus, parainfluenza virus, respiratory syncytial virus, metapneumovirus, enterovirus, rhinovirus, adenovirus, and bocavirus. Notably, its up-to-date (2020 Mar) design allows for full-genome capture of the SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV). This panel consists of over 16,000 biotinylated 120 nt DNA oligos and can be utilized for hybridization capture-based viral sequence enrichment. NanoRV Panel v1.0-Tech Access targets 36 species respiratory virus from 12 genera in 7 families. Both the reference genomic sequences and “neighbor” viral genomes have been taken into consideration in the panel design.
