Description

The histochemical antibody for serotonin is generated in a goat against serotonin conjugated to bovine serum albumin with paraformaldehyde. The antibody has a proven 4+ indirect immunofluorescence staining at a 1/400 - 1/800 dilution and a 4+ biotin-streptavidin/HRP staining at a 1/4000 - 1/10,000 dilution in rat hypothalamus and spinal cord.
