Slim Fit was designed and validated in line with a trend in modern implantology that opts for prosthetic components that do not interfere with peri-implant tissues and can also be placed during surgery. It would, however, be a limitation to consider Slim Fit just to be a multi unit abutment.
It should be described as an essential component in carrying out non-bone prosthetic restorations and promoting an organic seal after gingival tissue has healed, for single implants as well.
Slim Fit, with CE marking and available for most implant platforms, is anatomically smaller and narrower (4 mm diameter) than the standard versions on the market, with different transmucosal heights and angles: 0° - 17° - 30°, with the anti-rotational feature.
The fastening screw is a pass-through so, the component can faithfully replicate the implant connection even in straight versions. Its enlarged head also provides a seat to hold the prosthetic screw with an M 1.6 diameter, which allows the prosthesis to be tightened to 25 Nm.
With Slim Fit, it is possible to manage prostheses with the cement-retained technique, Innova technique and direct screw-retained technique, also in zirconia and for single crowns.
Designed to adapt to both digital and analog flow, it features a set of scanbodies, digital analogs and implant libraries for the former; transfers and plaster analogs for the latter.
GIVEN ITS INTRINSIC FEATURES, NEW ANCORVIS CONSIDERS SLIM FIT TO BE A MODERN BIO DESIGN.

Bone level implant
By shifting the platform, a tissue-level prosthesis can be obtained without affecting the mucosal seal.
