The NICFA® AirFlow has been patented and EC certified various international regulations. The NICFA® AirFlow to fully comply with all the unidirectional air flow diffuser for operating theaters, designed to achieve high performance in ISO5 classified operating theaters. The main features of the NICFA® AirFlow The mixing chamber located in the nonare: little space between the slab sterile part is made up of an AISI316 stainless steel plenum which can feed all four sides as needed, thanks to the particular shape of the recirculation unit. The compression grid of the absolute filters in AISI316 stainless steel is installed inside the mixing chamber. PATENTED AND EC CERTIFIE The H14 absolute filters which, through a particular adjustment system, can have a height of 68/78/88mm depending on the design requirements, are housed in the AISI316 stainless steel containment grid in a horizontal position, reducing manual handling and excluding any use of tools of the diffuser, covering 92% , and are distributed over the entire surface of it. The absolute filters’ hold is ensured by thedouble grid system with double seal which eliminates any possible leakage. A special command fro m the NICFA® Controller moves the two containment grids independently via a synchronized automatic system that guarantees a uniform and reliable double seal on the compression grid. Thanks to the innovative tilting movement system, the mixing cleaned and sanitized at scheduled intervals.
