The implants in this series are designed for installation in the anterior region when the alveolar ridge is narrow. For greater stability, a double-lead coarse aggressive thread is cut into the main body of the implant, and a fine six-lead thread is cut at the top of the implant. An essential foundation for long-term preservation of aesthetic appearance and functional qualities is maintaining healthy bone and soft tissue around the implant. Refining the surface topography of an implant provides better interaction along the surfaces of the bone and the implant. This interaction leads to biological reactions that have a favourable effect on bone-implant interaction. On the main body of the implant there is an aggressive double-lead coarse thread with a large pitch, which makes it possible, first, to install the implant on the self-tapping principle, i.e. without using a tap for threading; second, the double lead improves positioning accuracy during installation; third, the geometry of the coarse thread and special cutting blades in the apical portion of the implant enables, if necessary, adjusting the direction of the implant without violating the initial stabilization; and fourth, coarse thread seals the bone tissue around the implant. To improve implant insertion and stimulate the marginal bone, the upper part has a six-lead micro-thread, which is very important and is optimally combined with a coarse thread, ensuring that the bone around the upper part of the implant is preserved. This thread ensures optimal load distribution and a lower stress level.
