Description

DeepSIM super-resolution technology is based on multi-spot lattice structured illumination and provides a reliable and affordable solution to study subcellular structures with an XY resolution of 100 nm. The DeepSIM super-resolution system is easy-to-use and enables scientists to access deep data from their biological samples without requiring any special sample preparation or dyes. Key Features Resolution The DeepSIM relies on a robust multi-spot lattice SIM technique reaching 100 nm XY resolution; a 2-fold increase in spatial resolution compared to Widefield microscopy Sample Thickness The DeepSIM is designed to work with samples with thicknesses comparable to those used in confocal microscopy, giving super-resolved data over 50 µm depth in non-clarified samples. In this way, even native, heterogeneous, and complex samples can be investigated more thoroughly. Multi-spot lattice SIM is ideal for fast live imaging DeepSIM enables the effortless study of live-cell dynamics through a temporal resolution greater than 10fps (1024×1024), allowing biological changes to be tracked at cellular and subcellular levels. Moreover, delicate specimens can be thoroughly explored as the DeepSIM minimizes light exposure and therefore the risk of photo-toxicity. Compatibility with a wide objective magnification range A two-fold increase in spatial resolution can be obtained using both high magnification and low magnification objectives. This feature expands the range of capable applications to include complex 3D models such as tissues, organoids, spheroids, and small organisms.
