Working Principle
Use the magnetic rod on the magnetic rod holder in the machine to move the magnetic beads adsorbed with nucleic acid to different reagent tanks, and then use the magnetic rod sleeve set on the outer layer of the magnetic rod to repeatedly move up and down to stir the liquid, mix evenly, and pass the cells. Cleavage, nucleic acid adsorption, washing and elution, and finally get the purest nucleic acid.
