The temperature of each well is stable and reliably repeatable from cycle to cycle. The fully adjustable heated lid is compatible with a wide range of 0.2 mL PCR tubes (standard and low profile) and 96-well PCR microplates (fully-skirted, semi-skirted, and non-skirted).
