The Protégé Bunkable Beds are an all-steel construction with welded tubular bed deck and 36″ x 80″ sleep surface static load tested to 600 lbs. Integrated steel headboard and footboard is available with optional wood grain laminate headboard/footboard. With optional Bunk Bed Kits, bunkable end frames stack securely to create bunk beds. Assembles in minutes with simple tools, all hardware included. Wood Grain Accents: Optional decorative laminate headboards add residential appeal. Floor Protection: Plastic caps secure end frame tubes and can be removed for easy bunking. Bunking Kit: Includes 2 safety rails, 1 ladder, 4 bunk connectors and a wall mount bracket. Bed Bug Resistant: Steel construction denies burrowing bed bug habitat. Tamper Resistant: Tamper resistant hex fasteners for safety and security. Infection Control: Non-porous surface is non-absorbent for easy cleaning. Strength of Steel: Tested to 600 lb static load.
