Rotating anode X-ray tube MED1101

MED1101 is a subminiature X-ray tube developed by NuRay for the field of mobile medical diagnosis. The designed maximum anode voltage is 110kV, and the maximum tube current is 50mA. Based on nano material field emission technology and pulse working mechanism, compared with the conventional thermionic cathode tube, the MED1101 tube can significantly reduce the power consumption at the same peak dose rate. The MED1101 tube can adjust the X-ray focal spot size through the focusing system, which can adapt to the requirements of mobile medical diagnostic systems in different applications.
