Description

S200 is the latest innovation among the recovery blistering machines of O.M.A.R. It was designed to recover any type of products packaed in blisters of different shapes and materials, particularly child proof blisters that are made of high resistance cover. The machine productivity is approximately 30-40 blisters/minute and the maximum blister size is 110x150 mm. The S200 is equipped with an automatic blister handling system composed by four stations: 1) blister loading, 2) single pocket perforation, 3) product expulsion, 4) de-blistered blister expulsion. The machine works all types of blisters made with all types of forming and covering materials such as ALU, PP, MEDICAL PAPER, CHILD RESISTANT, ALUMINIUM-PE, PE, etc. The components of the formats have a simple design and are easy to be replaced - tools are not required nor are specialised personnel.
