The new Sympaty F160 universal automatic blister machine is on the market with a renewed design and advanced technology mechanics. The new 45° blister loading and feeder allows the automatic and safe loading of blisters with maximum dimensions of 110 x 150mm up to seven rows of pocket formation. By operating the machine, the F160 automatically loads the blisters and starts the non-destructive recovery cycle of the product. The product is recovered without any damages caused by the accessories that are adapted to any format product and size. With the new universal F160 blistering machine, the product is ejected by a mechanical system without being damaged. The product can be immediately recovered, repackaged or disposed off. The machine de-blisters plastic and ALU-ALU blisters made of raw aluminium covers or any other non-high strength material.
