The consolidated universal semi-automatic de-blistering machine Sympaty F130 is designed to de-blister all different formats of blisters made in plastic or ALU-ALU aluminium cover. There is no need to purchase additional sets of tooling to ensure the integrity of the recovered product. Sympaty F130 is supplied with all the required accessories to de- blister capsules, multiform tablets, soft gelatine capsules, candies, etc. It process blisters with up to 7 rows of pockets with a maximum width of 120mm eliminating, therefore, the costs for format changes and storage. This machine is complete with structure support built in 304 stainless steel and transparent PET-G or 316L stainless steel trays for the recovery of products and waste material. The Sympaty F130 is also equipped with accident-prevention polycarbonate guards enclosing system. The machine can be supplied with an electronic piece-counter and a blister format guide for blisters with special configurations such as cells placed diagonally to the outer sides of the blister. The pharmaceutical products are recovered without any damage or contamination thanks to rotating blades. Before expulsion, these blades cut the aluminium covering of each individual pocket allowing the extraction of the product and ensuring its integrity. Upon request, the machine can be built with a base made of stainless steel AISI 316.
