Description

The TENTOS 4F stent is a self-expanding nitinol stent for the infrapopliteal and femoral arteries.** The peak-to-valley open-cell design of the stent with short stent struts allows for high flexibility and good vessel wall coverage even in complex vessel anatomies. Particularly, in highly tortuous vessels, this reduces the risk of individual stent struts protruding into the vessel lumen. The new outer catheter material has significantly higher tensile strength and stability than previously used catheter materials for controlled and easy handling. FEATURES Broad range of stent sizes Easy to use pull back release Adjusted radial force (COF***) Large tantalum markers for improved x-ray visibility Low crossing profile 4F application device, compatible with 4F introducer sheath Small puncture site – reduced risk for bleeding complications Inner catheter with large lumen ensures easy passage and excellent steerability¹ over a 0.018 inch guide wire ‍ Broad range of stent sizes Stent diameters from 3 – 8 mm Stent lengths from 20 – 170 mm ‍ New stent design Peak-to-valley open-cell stent strut design with high flexibility Excellent radiopacity due to large tantalum markers at each end of stent² Good vessel wall coverage ‍ Reduced stent material “Leave less behind” in patient Up to 40% less metal³ with respect to comparable systems for SFA ‍
