Alternative catheter size compared to sinus-XL
Proven stent system with long-term clinical experience
The self-expanding sinus-XL 6F, like the sinus-XL stent, is designed to treat stenosis and obstruction of the abdominal aorta and the straight segments of the descending thoracic aorta. As part of the XL stent family, it is also approved for the straight segments of the superior as well as inferior vena cava and specifically for the treatment of vena cava syndrome.¹
The closed-cell stent offers comparable high radial force² to the sinus-XL, but has a compact design, allowing stent diameters of 14 mm or 16 mm to be inserted into the vessel through a small puncture site. Due to the repositionability of the sinus-XL 6F (up to 80% of the stent length)³, the user is provided with precise placement and safe deployment of the stent.
