Smart AI predictions will allow the technician to easily configure a socket using a 3D scan. Through his expertise combined with our software, we expect to create a socket that: gives a better fit, can be produced faster and is more versatile compared to one created in the traditional way.
Our first patient test models have been 3D printed in nylon (PA11) as shown in the images in the gallery. At Orthobroker we are working on further optimising these products and designing multiple configurations.

How we work together:
You make a 3D scan and upload it into our online platform
In the platform, you are asked for additional information about the patient
You provide the initial alignment and some adjustments to the stump.
The software platform creates the custom socket on the 3D scan you have adjusted.
You check the result and order the socket.
The software platform creates the socket around the stump.
The socket is 3D-printed and delivered.
No laminating or thermoplastic testsockets. A totally new experience with much less work and a faster delivery time compared to the conventional method!
Does it sound too good to you?
You appoint the patient and we convince you and the patient of the NEXUM TT prosthetic Socket!
