Available in 4 sizes The Castless Pancarpal Arthrodesis Plate (Castless PCA) was developed to address concerns that existed with traditional arthrodesis plates. The plate is much stiffer and also utilises 2 metacarpal bones to give a more robust construct. Available in the following sizes: 60mm, 70mm, 75mm and 85mm.
