Quality system in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 standard. Internal and external chambers built in highly corrosion-resistant AISI 316L stainless steel. Pipelines totally built in copper and brass or stainless steel (optional). Built-in electric steam generator with power in compliance with EB-2115 - sub-item 4.4.12.4/NBR 11.816 technical standard. Housing finished in steel plate with metallic painting, or brushed stainless steel plate (optional). Safety Mechanical safety valve. Electrical safety valve with automatic activation. Automatic disconnection of the device in the event of excessive pressure. Door locking: when the chamber is pressurized and the temperature level is above the safety limit. Door interlock for preventing simultaneous opening. Barrier - 2 doors Temperature control system through PT-100 sensor.
