Description

Equipment used in the sterilization of different materials in the CME’s of hospitals (lactation), laboratories, universities, food and pharmaceutical industries. Quality and Versatility: - Automatic system for opening and closing the doors, through vertical elevation like a guillotine, using an electromechanical mechanism with gearmotors activation, without the need for external compressed air to close OR seal the doors (trim); - Inner chamber made of AISI 316L stainless steel, and outer chambers made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which can be optionally 316; - Internal surface of the chamber in sanitary polishing; - Structure made of SAE 1020 carbon steel angles painted with anti-corrosion treatment, optionally in stainless steel; - Cover made of brushed AISI 304 stainless steel; - Automatic purge system; - Possible to select between steam directly from the generator or boiler installed on site; - Total sterilization cycle for instruments and surgical fields of 45 minutes, with low energy consumption. Control Panel: - Microprocessor Touch Screen controller with up to 10 pre-programmed and fully adjustable cycles, and protected by an access password for greater security. Remote access via the internet through a browser on any platform. With 4 USB ports for optional expansions, such as barcode reader, WiFi and Pendrive for copying cycle reports. Security System: - Safety valve calibrated, sealed and with trigger for manual activation; - Optional pneumatically operated valve; - Automatic shutdown of the equipment in case of excessive pressure; - Door lock: the door will remain locked until there is no more pressure in the chamber and the temperature is at a safe level;
