Within the orthodontic field, emporary anchorage devices are used widely and recognized as safe, secure and reliable anchor apparatus. In some situations, there are some limitation with installing tads on interdental spaces. The mid-palatal area is another optional location to install tads which provides good bone quality and maintain soft tissue. The BAP consists of two-paired tripods on the palatal side created to prevent soft tissue impingement and "non-floatation" of the plate. The BAP's triangular pillars are designed for stability when asymmetrical force is applied and maintains a low profiles in the mouth.
