Description

The Lasair III 110 particle counters are laser diode-based with 1.0 CFM flow rates that comes in 2 models for portable and inline monitoring: Lasair III 110 mobile particle counter: 0.1 micron particle counter can be used as a mobile counter to localize the source of particles, making this an ideal tool for ISO-14644-1 clean room certification for class 1 and 2 cleanrooms. Lasair III 110 inline particle counter: 0.1 micron particle counter is perfect for critical locations where continuous, uninterrupted 0.1 micron monitoring is needed. Making this an ideal application for clean room monitoring, process tool monitoring, and filter testing. Product Details Why do particle counter results vary? Paul Dozoretz of Particle Measuring Systems (PMS) talks to Patty Fabian regarding several scenarios including matching data from identical particle counters (same make from same manufacturer), matching similar particle counters (similar critical specs, different manufacturer), and matching different particle counters from different manufacturers (hint: don’t try it!). Understanding this will help you better understand your instrument data and what it means.
