Description

The MPY model powder mixer (trouser or “V”-format mixer) develops a smooth and fluid mixing principle, moving the particles through the application of gravitational force. Its design and finish allow quick loading, unloading and cleaning. It has large loading ports equipped with quick-adjustable pressure closures that facilitate access to the interior of the container. The V-shape blender MPY Pharma has been conceived considering the three main blending variables: A) Bowl geometry. B) Equipment filling or loading level. C) Blending speed. Powders with “Free flow” features can be blended for a certain number of revoluons (RPM) regardless of the chosen speed while the blending of the “Cohesive” type must be blended at high speeds in order to improve the shear cut and blend of the components.
