Description

The VERSATO turbo mixer-emulsifier (Counter Rotating System) was designed for the manufacture of high viscosity products. It contains a central agitator that directs the raw product to the emulsifier. The emulsifier instantly incorporates solids into liquids, obtaining superior mixing and emulsion quality. The peripheral anchor constantly removes the product from the wall and lifts it, while the central anchor redirects it towards the rotor-stator, achieving excellent recirculation inside the bowl. By acquiring the emulsification system with recirculation, solids can be incorporated in line, resulting in the reduction of the production process due to greater exchange of mass in the rotor-stator.
