Pharmaceutical laboratory washer-dryer

Built-in AISI 304 stainless steel quality, this piece of equipment has side columns to inject washing liquid (first rinse – chemical wash – final rinse) with high-pressure spray system. Likewise, it has filtered hot air injection,a special spray nozzle for washing the lower valve and two rotating spray balls for internal washing. Finally, it has entrance and exit doors for containers (dirty BIN entrance / clean BIN exit) with an interlocking system to avoid the return of the clean container to the grey room, together with a drain chute with a connection to install the sector’s pipeline and software for the automation of the washing and drying cycles and WIP-650 system control.
