Description
Emulsifier was designed for the manufacture of high viscosity products. It has a central agitator that directs the product towards the bottom of the container. The peripheral anchor constantly removes the product from the walls and lifts it, achieving an excellent recirculation inside the bowl. Its design and construction were carried out under GMP criteria and guidelines. All the parts that are in contact with the product are built in AISI 316L quality stainless steel. The structural parts are built in AISI 304 quality. It is ideal equipment for the manufacture of creams and gels, achieving very short mixing and emulsion times.
