The model CPS Line conical calibrating mill has been designed to offer superior versatility so that a wide range of materials can be calibrated with the highest precision required.
Calibration is achieved when the material enters the impact and shear chamber. It is impacted by an impeller rotating at high speed, fragments and propels tangentially towards the orifices of a selector screen or cone.
The versatility of the CPS is given by the possibility of combining its variables independently, namely:
Impeller speed.
Impeller shape.
Size and shape of the orifices in the selector cone.
Distance between impeller wall and selector cone wall.
The total area of the orifices in the selector cone.
Completely removable without using tools.
Variable speed as standard, with a display for displaying RPM.
Output capacity: from 200 to 4,000 Kilograms/Hour.
Mesh diameter: 8 inches.
