The main challenge in the development of this vacuum mattress was the labelling and the maximum weight of the product. The disinfectant-resistant labelling in the form of a special film, which we applied inseparably to the inside of the mattress using a specially manufactured tool in a high-frequency welding process, was just one of the challenges. Thanks to special materials, we were able to reduce the overall weight of the mattress to 5,4 kg despite its large dimensions. The customer uses this mattress in the rescue bag, on the helicopter stretcher and for transport. The fixation straps are made of single-use Velcro straps to save weight.
