Description

The Hip Plate System is designed for varus, valgus or rotational osteotomy fixation and trauma applications. Features Proximal parts of 100°, 110° and 120° angled plates designed for varus osteotomies, have an offset structure. The offset size is 8 mm for small 3.5 mm plates and 10 mm for 4.5 mm plates. In order to meet bilateral application requirements, a pair of each type of plate is included in the set. 5mm plates are used with 3.5 mm cortical screws and 4 mm cancellous screws. 5 mm plates are used with 5 mm cortical screws and 5.5 mm cancellous screws. The set includes 100°, 110° and 120° angled plates for varus osteotomies, 150° angled plates for valgus osteotomies and 120° angled plates for fracture fixation. Indications Fracture fixation and proximal femur osteotomies, Femur neck and/or pertrochanteric fractures, Intertrochanteric rotational and/or varus osteotomies, Intertrochanteric valgus osteotomies and/or rotational osteotomies.
