Description

The Sigma EVA is an accurate, lightweight desflurane vaporizer with fast warm-up, low power consumption, and low life costs. Lightweight, innovative, low life costs UK design and manufacture Patented technology to ensure optimum drug delivery Fast warm-up Compatible with Selectatec®, Dräger Plug‑In® and Dräger Auto-Exclusion® mounting systems High capacity reservoir and SAFE-FIL® or Piramal Fill® filling system Innovative Delivery Solution The unique patented carrier gas compensation system ensures optimum drug consumption, delivering accurate agent output even at low flow rates. The vaporizer continuously compensates for changes in the O₂, Air and N₂O mixture set by the anaesthetist. Design and Build The lightweight, intuitive design of the Sigma EVA makes it easy to transport and use. The vaporizer can be fitted to the majority of anaesthesia machines in use today, and is compatible with Selectatec®, Dräger Plug-In®, and Dräger Auto-Exclusion backbar mounting systems. The vaporizer is approved for use with desflurane and can be quickly and easily filled using the SAFE-FIL® or Piramal Fill® filling system. Agent Monitoring The large capacity reservoir can accommodate more than a whole bottle of desflurane enabling continuous use for long periods. The illuminated level indicator shows how much agent is available, even in subdued lighting conditions.
