The Cell3iMager NX is capable of stroboscopic imaging. The SCREEN patented imaging lens and dedicated image processing for high-magnification and wide-area large-size images enable high-speed image acquisition. A 96-well analysis can be completed in just 60 seconds. Cell3iMager NX enables clear imaging of cells scattered in the height direction. laser autofocus function enables focus-following imaging of thin-bottomed well plates, which is difficult to achieve with conventional systems. AI-assisted Deep Learning analysis for advanced cell extraction enables high confluency images and extraction of only organoids in micro-pore wells, as well as detection of cells by their degree of differentiation and cell morphology.
