Imaging for all clinical needs Planmeca Viso offers a full range of imaging programs and a wide selection of volumes to cover all clinical needs, with a Field of View (FOV) up to 30 x 30 cm. Live virtual FOV positioning Patient positioning is done directly from the control panel utilising integrated cameras and a live patient view. The patient can be seen live from the control panel for flexible and exact FOV positioning, and the volume size can also be adjusted freely. Ultra Low Dose imaging All our CBCT units offer the unique and scientifically proven Planmeca Ultra Low Dose™ imaging protocol. It allows clinicians to acquire 3D images at significantly lower effective patient doses without a statistical reduction in image quality. Planmeca Romexis® software Planmeca Viso G7 works seamlessly with Planmeca Romexis®, our revolutionary all-in-one dental software for all types of imaging, from 2D and 3D to CAD/CAM and 3D face photos. The software also comes with integrated AI-based tools for optimising daily tasks and boosting patient communication. Movement artefact correction Our intelligent Planmeca CALM® movement correction algorithm for Planmeca 3D imaging units is excellent for imaging patients who have a difficult time remaining completely still. It eliminates the need for retakes by cancelling the effects of patient movement.
