Description

Planmeca PlanMill® 35 is the ultimate partner for dental practices fabricating restorations from zirconium dioxide and other materials. Planmeca PlanMill 35 offers a comprehensive solution for dental professionals who prefer using zirconia for their posterior restorations. The unit allows dry milling zirconia with high-precision tools, eliminating the time-consuming phase of drying the material. The mill can also be used for wet milling a vast range of other materials– a true multifunctional solution for dental clinics of all sizes. With Planmeca PlanMill 35, you can easily switch between dry milling zirconia and wet milling a wide range of ceramic and composite materials. For dry milling, the unit is equipped with a suction system, which removes the dust from the system during the fabrication process. The vacuum is also available as a retrofit, so you can start with wet milling and add dry milling capabilities to your clinic later. The choice is yours! Suitable material for every indication Planmeca PlanMill 35 supports a broad range of materials, such as glass ceramics, hybrid composite materials and zirconia. The unit utilises different milling strategies and speed for each material, which guarantees optimal fabrication and high-quality of the restoration. The single-spindle unit mills both sides of a block quickly, in only 11–13 minutes, and the linear motors and smart tool paths of the unit ensure all restorations fit precisely.
